As a psycho-energetic therapist and a burnout expert, I offer weekly sessions of 40-45 min in companies, split into different parts and based on various meditation approaches, so that everyone can enjoy a good experience, whether one is a complete beginner or has already practiced before. It is impossible to fail at meditating!
The diversity I teach makes meditation accessible and participants can try out different tools to see what works best for them in order to then choose to implement a regular practice on their own. I also provide with short downloadable audio practices for those who are interested.
Minimum package of 5 sessions. Ideally 10 sessions on a weekly basis. Offer available in Geneva, Nyon, La Côte and Lausanne, in French or in English
