Meditations

In meditation we let go of any expectations and any results. There is no good or bad way to meditate, no successful or failed meditation, we just meditate! No previous experience required for my sessions. I personally find it easier to meditate with other people than on my own. What about you?
Bring a cushion, a blanket or a mat to feel more comfortable if you can.
I include meditation in all my workshops.
Pure meditation workshops will come back in the Springtime, as we usually practice outside

I’ve been meditating since 2008 and have tried many ways to meditate. Meditating can be fun ! I often combine meditations with visualizations, energy healing or EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). I can also offer tailored-made individual meditations targeting your needs and intentions. The most efficient meditations are actually when we let go of our need to be efficient...
I love working with nature, so when the weather is nice, I organize meditations outside, and teach how to connect with nature, especially trees.
