Stress management and burnout prevention
"When employees feel that their company cares and encourages them to make the most of their strengths, they are more likely to respond with increased discretionary effort, a stronger work ethic, and more enthusiasm and commitment." From "How to make staff feel appreciated"
I offer tailored workshops to improve stress management and help prevent absenteeism due to burnout
The costs and consequences of bad stress management can be high for company.
The impact of absenteeism can weigh heavily on productivity, employee experience and ultimately profits. Nowadays it seems people think it is almost normal to have a high percentage of people going on burnouts. But just because something is becoming more common does not mean it is normal. There are ways to prevent people from getting sick.
Having healthy employees who know how to use practical tools to reduce their stress level can help you save not only on resources but also on long-term projects productivity.
By offering one or several stress management workshops to your teams, you can help people:
-develop their listening skills and therefore improve communication and teamwork
-reduce stress and learn coping mechanisms -prevent burnout
-have more energy and raise efficiency
-achieve goals and objectives
My workshops are usually divided into :
-a short theoretical presentation about stress mechanisms and impact, the difference between good stress and chronic stress
-concrete and easy practical exercises which can be used on a daily basis: breathing techniques, mindfulness exercises, visualisations, relaxations, connections to oneself and emotions through the physical body
-other tools inspired from NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) and NVC (non-violent communication) to learn to know onself and communicate better, express one's needs.
The content is adaptable and varies depending on the number of attendees, the environment, the resources, challenges and goals of your organisation.
