Stress management with meditation
"When employees feel that their company cares and encourages them to make the most of their strengths, they are more likely to respond with increased discretionary effort, a stronger work ethic, and more enthusiasm and commitment." From "How to make staff feel appreciated"
I offer tailored meditation workshops to improve stress management end help prevent absenteeism.
The costs and consequences of bad stress management can be high for company.
The impact of absenteeism can weigh heavily on productivity, employee experience and ultimately profits. Nowadays it seems people think it is almost normal to have a high percentage of people going on burnouts. But just because something is becoming more common does not mean it is normal. There are ways to prevent people from getting sick.
Having healthy employees who know how to use practical tools to reduce their stress level can help you save not only on resources but also on long-term projects productivity.
By offering regular meditation and relaxation workshops to your teams, you can help people:
-develop their listening skills and therefore improve communication and teamwork
-reduce stress and learn coping mechanisms -prevent burnout
-have more energy and raise efficiency
-achieve goals and objectives
My meditation sessions combine mindfulness exercises, visualisations, relaxations, breathing practices and slow movements; I bring people back to their physical body, help them become aware of how they are feeling, know themselves and become autonomous on how to change how they react to certain situations.
These practices are accessible to everyone and easy to use on a daily basis.
I recommend setting up a series of 10 to 20 sessions - 1 session a week - as regularity is necessary to help one become aware of their patterns and teach them how to change their mindset. (sessions last about 40 minutes)
I can also offer workshops tailored to your specific needs.
